If an investor would like to sell his/her home at any time after completion, the developer offers the following services:

1. The developer will advertise investors’ homes on their web site
2. The developer will also advertise on a second new web site. This web site will be linked to most popular search engines, local newspapers and some radio
advertisement…all to drive retail buyer traffic to the site
3. The developer will also advertise these homes to other investors who are looking for completed homes
4. The developer can also advertise the investor homes on an international market

A flat fee is charged to investors, two different packages are available:

In addition, the Investor has the option to use a realtor of his/her choice while using the developer’s resell program…this is not an exclusive listing agreement. The developer acts as an advertising service for investors and allows them to maximize their exposure to as many retail buyers as possible.

Developer Community Update
To keep buyers abreast of developments within the community, the developer will send monthly emails with reports and photos of developments and changes taking place within the community.

Once a month there will also be a conference call hosted by the developer for buyers to call in to listen to updates and participate in question and answer sessions. All SCG investors are welcome to participate in these calls.
