How It Works
The buyer is informed by email of the next upcoming conference call discussing a specific investment opportunity. The buyer usually is given specific information about the project: floor plans, maps, price projections, etc. The buyer is asked to conduct his/her own due diligence prior to the call and be ready to make an investment decision by the end of the call. Usually, 2-4 calls take place in a month. Once on the call, the buyer has an opportunity to hear about the project from the developer, lender and key real estate investors. Calls usually last 60 minutes.
At the end of the call the buyer is given instructions on how to purchase a property. Often all properties are reserved within a few minutes of the end of the call. Properties are reserved by email on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If a member can’t make the call, most calls are recorded and available on this website the next day. We can’t guarantee that a buyer will be able to purchase after the call because inventory sells out quickly. It is best to get someone to listen in on the call for you, take notes and give you the information immediately so you can jump right in and not miss out.
